I am a 23 year old student and plan to finish my education at a community college in Champaign, Illinois since my area does not offer my major. I plan to move from northern, Illinois to central, Illinois. If everything goes well I would like to start school down there for the fall 2016 semester, so roughly August. However, I will be finishing some more classes up here mid-May. I'm not quite sure when to apply for jobs with needing a place to live out there.
