Is Snagajob "Applications that go to nowhere," or a site full of fake jobs? (best, local)

I did get a reply from one local place, but.. the contact info appears from out-of-state. That is weirdity number one.

Also. Was at like 11:30PM... odd number two.

So. I reply, and.. Haven't heard back.

Should I not even bother with S-A-J?
