How possible is it for me to get an out of state job? (degree, find a job)

I am currently in the process of getting my B.A in psychology. I am unsure if I should pursue my masters but I have 2 years of administrative assistant work and by the time I graduate with my B.A I will have 4 years. I want to find a job in the field I am in or related to my degree but I always wanted to leave New York so badly. Me and my boyfriend were thinking about Georgia or Florida mainly to start our new lives but I want to know how possible will it be for this to happen for us?

How is it possible for anyone to get a job out of state?
For most, 90% or more, it comes down to BEING there; getting to that new state/city.

Assuming so... are many of these jobs open where you prefer to go?
Assuming so... is there some school/program reason to remain vs finish the BA elsewhere?
