Let' s say a Yehudi(jewish man) is in the middle of nowhere where there is little jewish presence and it's Rosh Ha Shanah and the only place to go to fulfill the Mitzvah of Tekiat Ha Shofar(hearing the blowing of Shofar) is a Chabad Messianic centre/synagouge where the Tzibur [i]Rachman Litzlan( God forbid) believes that the lubavitcher Rebbe is Melech Ha Mashchiach(The Jewish Messiah) should he fulfill his Chiyuv(obligation) and fulfill his obligation with people with eroneous beliefs or excuse himself from the Mitzvah?

If the ba'al toke'a (one who blows the Shofar) is a Jew who has learned the laws of blowing and who fulfills his obligation properly (especially if you haven't interviewed him personally to find out what his private practices are) then you can be exempted through his blowing and should hear the sounds from him.

Chabad is Jewish. Chabad is NOT Messianic.
Messianic movement is a CHRISTIAN outreach program, funded by evangelical Christian organizations. It is not Jewish. It is not accepted by any stream of Judaism worldwide. It is condemned by mainstream Christian leadership as deceptive and dishonest and not following Christian values.
I would also ask: how many times have you been to a Chabad shul? How many services have you attended? How many years have you gone to Chabad? How many classes have you attended? How many hours of conversation with a Chabad Rabbi or Rebbetzin have you engaged in? How many articles and books from Chabad have you read, how many hundreds of pages? Those are far more accurate and reliable sources of first-hand information and experience.
Also...How much do you know about Chassidus? How much do you know about Judaism? What are your sources for learning about Judaism, for learning about Chabad, for learning about Chassidus? In a Judaism forum we welcome a desire to learn, this can include correcting misconceptions through education and providing accurate information.
This area is an important one to address because Christians who seek to proselytize and preach to Jews may show up on the Judaism forum to do this. I am not saying you are doing that, but please be mindful and respectful of this. Thank you.

I have only davened at a Chabad once before (and boy was I lost in their siddur), but I have no problem davening there again. Kosher Yidden, regardless of the views on moschiach of some of their talmidim.
If you daven (pray) Sfard, you will NOT be lost in a Chabad siddur (prayer book), nor presumably any other Chassidic siddur. The differences are minute (very small). Myself, I am almost lost in an Ashkenaz siddur, at least if it's during davening and I'm trying to keep up.

I have never davened nusach sfard. My boys did at camp this summer, and they said it took some time getting used to. My 13 year old davens from the amud at our shul (nusach Azhkenaz), but was unable to adapt that quickly at camp to daven from the amud there.

Gee, why don't you ask him one more question, there, T?...
Chabad itself may not be Messianic, but a large amount of the Lubavitchers are messianists.
