I am starting school in Elizabethton next week & I need to find a place to live in Elizabethton, Hampton or surrounding area. I have a couple pet cats but all I ever see is NO PETS. I can't afford my current $500 rent anymore so I have to move. I'm trying to find something around $350. Every time I find something for $350 it has already been snatched up or it's not in livable condition. I would like to find a private owner.
I used to use Property Listing & Rental Agency but they no longer offer that service. So I have no idea where to go now. The newspaper, craigslist & internet have been pretty much useless.
