Craigslist is good with this warning - if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

It seems like about 20% of the listings are scams the rest appear to be bonafide. Ask for the adress and check it out on G***** maps. There are also a few real estate mangement companies to contact.

Will you be coming to look at places before you arrive?

If you go on Craigslist and the contact person says they are out of town and will send you a key, or if they ask for any kind of deposit before showing you the place be warned they are a scam!

I'm actually coming down Sunday and will be staying with someone in Southeast Knoxville. So I'll be looking for homes for the family and I.

We have a classified print (Sussex Guide) that is published every week. Do you ya'll have anything like that?
