I have bets across the board, $50 on 2" white, $100 on 3" white, and on traffic accidents caused by it $500 on Red

We do! LOL We have days where the temp drops so drastically it's possible to need the AC in the morning and the heat by the evening. Or it can be 80 on Monday and snow on Tuesday.

I'd LOVE 11 months of summer!

Temps here can fluctuate by 30 or 40 degrees between night and day too, sometimes. But what I'm talking about is summer and winter at the SAME TIME. We can snow ski and water ski in the same day. We can leave our house when it's 80º or warmer, and drive 30 to 40 minutes and be in 40º weather, or colder. The ski resort and the lake are an hour and a half apart. The altititude difference is well over 8,000 feet.

It is NOT 11 months of summer! Please. I define summer as a consistent and regular AVERAGE of at least 70 degrees. There are 5 months, yes 5 months, in Vegas each year that the AVERAGE does not exceed 70 degrees. Sure there are highs above 70 in 3 out of those 5 months, but that is the exception.

I wish people would get over the perception that Vegas is perpetually warm all year round. It isn't.

If you want consistently warm, summer, all year round, then you need to be closer to the Equator and ocean. Southern California and Florida meet the quals.
