The Bacchanal Buffet has a direct view of Caesars Palace's Garden of the Gods pool oasis, nine open kitchens, three distinct rooms and25,000 square feet of space with seating for up to 600 people. Similar to other buffets in Las Vegas, it serves breakfast on weekdays, brunch on weekends, lunch on weekdays and dinner daily. Unlike most buffets in Las Vegas, it has chefs that "own" each station. That way, guests who return, should get a similar experience and food quality.

How does it compare against Bellagio and Wynn?

I'd try it. But if you haven't given the Aria buffet a shot, do.

That looks good. I think this model along with the Cosmopolitan that does the individualized thing is the new trend. While the buffet at the Bellagio is very good, it is still doing the "feed trough" thing. What are the prices and waiting times like at certain hours? What were some of the dishes by name. I can see basically sushi and dim sum for example but what was in them? How are they setting themselves apart from the competition? Went to the Cosmo during the week during and there was still quite the line, but then they said the computers where down and swiped my card the old school way with the carbon paper. rambling...

I clicked on the link and read some of the Yahoo posts attached to it. Some of these people actually though the cost for a meal was $17,000,000 *shakes head*

Thankfully, most of them were not from LV.

No, it just opened last month and I've been in Miami Beach since the end of July.
