Any recommendations for a dermatologist in town? Please share if you don't mind, If you had a great or bad experience so I know what to avoid and also costs of any procedures. Trying to figure out what I maybe allergic to.

Just did. Doesn't seem to have a good review just recently on Yelp. Any specific reason why you recommend him?

Because he doesn't [Richard] around. He gets the job done and does it fast. People ding him on yelp because he doesn't hold their hand and give them an ego-stroking while saying "there, there."

Whoopdie. He's professional and fast. And I have better things to do than hang around in a waiting room waiting for a doctor to "there, there" all his patients.

He also wrote a cool Sci-Fi novel.

Why don't you go to an allergist and get a skin prick test? Do you already know that isn't going to help?

Well I am new to town and open minded about exploring my options. Any recommendations on any allergist?

Well, I hate to say I agree with the MBA, but if it's an allergy, about 99% of the stuff a skin doc gives you you'll most likely be allergic to also. The best guy to see for allergies in Las Vegas is Dr. Robt. Milne. He is an MD, but insurance won't cover it. You'll have to pay yourself. But I repeat...he's the best in Las Vegas.

The reason why I would like to see a dermatologist first is because I've been fighting acne my whole life as a teen and now and never seek any real treatment but tried products to fight/control my acne. I've done research and saw that majority of outbreaks maybe due to be allergic reactions but I wouldn't make any assumptions until I seek professional help to confirm what I maybe allergic to.

I've heard the same about Dr. Milne from 4 or 5 friends.
