I am in Europe, and incorporated a business in Nevada about 10 years ago - was producing some stuff that sold very well in the USA. Expected to grow much more so decided to incorporate there.
In the meantime business changed and now we sell mostly in Europe, this time web hosting services we provide from several colocated servers in the US... everything handled by the corporation in LV.

Sometimes I wonder if I shouldn't move to Las Vegas and handle the corporation locally instead of this remote management....

Would like to hear from anyone from abroad who incorporated first and later moved in to manage the business.... and if it was a positive experience

I don't see how there would be any advantage to living in NV just because you're incorporated there- do you need to meet with clients or physically touch the servers? Whether its a good move or not is going to depend on where in Europe you're located, and how that area compares to LV.

If you think you'd have an advantage by living and working here, it's definitely worth considering.

I'd recommend visiting some of the residential areas out here first, to get a taste for the local life. Living here is much different from living in Europe.
