Hey everyone. I just made an account because I've been dying to speak to someone from Las Vegas. Well anyways, I'm moving from NJ to Las Vegas with my boyfriend and we're looking for a safe an affordable apartment complex. We were looking at apartments in the zip code strictly 89103 but there's always bad reviews online of break-ins, rodent/bedbug issues, and horrible management. He's relocating to a gym out there which is in 89103 so we need something that's max 20 minutes away from the gym. Can anyone give me suggestions of any nice, safe apartment complexes with minimal to no issues? I'm not expecting perfection but just no bug issues and no safety issues please. Thank you all for taking the time to read. I look forward to any responses!!

Well then in that case go on a different part of Spring Valley, check out Union Apartment Homes on Hualapai or SW Apartment Homes on Durango, Aspire Apt homes on Tropicana, The Gramercy on Russell Rd.......There are plenty of brand new apt homes going up in Spring Valley. They are not cheap, you always get what you pay for. The newer apt homes of course will cost more but definitely better. You may even be the first tenant on many of these under construction/already leasing apt homes.

And the neighborhoods are good? I've read some reviews where people stated that they witnessed attacks or muggings and their cars were broken into for about seven apartment complexes that I googled.

Try the Wellington, it's in Peccole Ranch by the Sahara West Library. You can also afford Falling Water in Summerlin, though that might be too far.

List the apts you've checked online if you are serious and not just trolling. Many 1st time posters here are just playing around.

...and have you checked the ones I've mentioned? These are brand new and still being built apt homes near the area you mentioned, 89103.

Gloria Park by Chinatown is in an older area, Willows is in an older area on Hacienda near Tropicana, plenty of apts/condos if you go further up West on Hacienda and it gets better.Sonoma Pointe is near China town and yes older area, not ghetto but older. Palermo on Harmon is in an older area as well. Twain Estates older and near Chinatown.

Basically you are looking in a lower income part of Spring Valley and the apt homes are older. Definitely more out there in Spring Valley and better, just on Flamingo Rd alone there are plenty to choose from. Go further West past Rainbow on Flamingo, there are condos/lofts for rent.
