Does anyone know of a person/company that will advertise, screen, show my home, collect initial deposit and get the lease signed to perspective tenants?


I don't want them to manage my property. I'd have the final say on who gets my unit, and I'll manage the property myself.


The reason why I'm looking for this specific service is because I don't live in Las Vegas, so setting up appointments and showing my property over the course of a week is not feasible for me. I used to use the realtor that sold me the property and they were very accomodating. However, they moved out of state.


I've called up a few property mangement companies, but they require that they manage the property throughout the rental period, which is a service I don't need.


Any recommendations are appreciated.

I do all that from LV for my Dallas rentals. Its not difficult to screen and advertise at all; you don't have to be local to your property. All you need is someone to show the property. Sometimes my departing tenants even do this for me. DM me if you have questions.
