No plans give as to what they're going to do with it.

I figured once there was significant construction on Resorts World it would sell. Turns out all it needed was a crane to show up.

Because there is little foot traffic to indicate that site would be successful as a standalone establishment. See SLS. If Resorts World continues on with construction and you add two big resorts it could get more people interested in walking down.

This is definitely good news for the north Strip area. A plus to this is that it'll be another independent operator on the Strip. Enough with MGM and Caesars.

Better news to those living at Turnberry Place! Those poor souls that had units facing that eyesore all those years!

This is really great and much anticipated news!

I like that they're going to rename it. I've had to look up how to spell it every time. It sounds like they have a plan in place for the Hotel Casino, but they aren't sharing it yet.

If it's already 70% done I guess it won't take that much longer to finish it?

Just the fact of 8000 more rooms between the two new hotels will mean a much higher concentration of people on the north end. Domino effect will happen, this news, the arenas site that looks ready to build, the Genting property, and who knows what's gonna happen with the Riveria site.

Whats the story with the concert park Las Vegas Festival park (mgm owned)across from SLS, do they ever have concerts there?
