It still keeps a lot of history, and can be announced as historical landmark..
There must be something that can be done.. maybe city can give them some other land as replacement..

In any case, almost 30k people already signed the petition - so there is big interest to save this history of LV..

Quirky, fun little place. Been there many times, many years ago.

Yeah, that ship sailed long ago, reached it port, rusted out and went to salvage.

It's done, people.

I've gone to their nighttime Halloween event, "Bonnie Screams", the last two years. It was an absolute blast both times. Sad news.

Very sad to hear about the changes coming to Bonnie Springs. As a long time resident I remember visiting Bonnie Springs when I was young and then taking my children there when I got older. It was and is a nice escape from the city and an excursion the hole family can enjoy.

Rich people need places to live with views, too.

So sad! Had good times there. I guess the state will hunt the wild horses and burros now?

I find it all some what weird. Where is the value? There are lots of places where you can buy a couple of acres with a good mountain or even strip view. That location is nothing fabulous. Perhaps the commercials pieces explain it but I can't really see why.

The surround is all BLM including the land containing the road to access the place.

Nice desert ranch place...but would not obviously outpoint Pahrump or the Sandy Valley.
