I love the look of that pool level. The inside of the casino also looks a lot better
than several of the current downtown ones...more open and brightly lit. I'm so not
into the dingy old look.

Circa means approximately.

Just like all concepts, none of them look as good as their initial renderings.

As such, I believe Circa is aptly named.

There was also a rendering of a major renovation of the Plaza that was posted a while back. It never happened.

Back in December 2011 when recession hit, Las Vegas Club rooms were only $9 per night, no resort fee.
