Have been going to Jiffy Lube over by Sunset Station, but they tried to get us to do a bunch of unnecessary stuff last time we went there and their prices are going up. Also, they don't do half of the things that our manual says we have to do.

Have a Hyundai Tiburon and Nissan Altima, both 2005-2006.

Anyplace you'd recommend? I'm not into doing car stuff myself. Thanks.

You don't prefer the Hyundai deealer?

If not, you may not like this suggestion. Centennial Toyota treats us like the golden customers we are. I'm sure there are others who are good, but we wouldn't go anywhere else.

We drop the car. They bring us home. They pick us up when the work is completed. We pay and drive home. They are polite, courteous and only do what we want done, no pressure.

And probably paid out the wazoo for it, R^2A^4. I took my car to the mechanic who works on my ex brother in law's car. He did the diagnostic and smoke check for free, installed the needed part for $20, and changed the oil for $20. I like his work, so I'll keep seeing him. Besides, it doesn't hurt that he's a Jethro Tull fan too.
