Hi,

Good day. I am looking for nice, clean, safe, short term accomodations on the strip for a business colleague of mine. She needs to be in Vegas from May through August on work. She prefers to be on or as close to the strip as possible due to her work in the hospitality industry.

One option that we know of are rooms at the Palms PLACE which are studios or one bedrooms, but work out very expensive on a monthly basis.

Can you please recommend any other hotels that have weekly/monthly/bi-monthly rates or apartments that have short term rentals?

I know of CL and vacation sublets etc. but as time is short and none of us are in Vegas right now, its easier to deal with a professional outfit that does this as a business.

Thanks,
KS

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. What about condo's that rent out apartments by the month?

How about any hotels like extended stay, residence inn, etc. that you recommend?

Thanks,
KS

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Any recommendations on a nice extended stay place on or near the strip?

Of course, other short term accomodation options are also welcome, e.g. condo's or other cheaper versions of Palms Place.

KS

This is good to know in case we don't find a house when we move to Nellis. On base lodging only gives us 30 days.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I will check out the extended stay properties, what about any suggestions for corporate housing?

Also, do you know any strip hotels that have condos and/or offer monthly rates?

Thanks,
KS
