Hi:

My husband and I are looking for an EXCELLENT full-time real estate agent that specializes in the Parkland/East Penn school district area. Specifically a buyers agent. We would like someone who has at least five years of experience in the Lehigh Valley and is very knowledgeable about the area. We need someone who has a very flexible schedule and is willing to show us multiple homes when we are able to fly into the area.

We loved ours, Sharon Arnold. She is with Coldwell Banker, Heritage in Bethlehem, and is a native. We came for three days in the spring, with an infant, and she had our appointments set, was so patient with us, and has been even more helpful since (we've had to call her a few times). Since we were in town for a short time, we did a lot of emailing ahead of time, looking at the listings, narrowing things down. She doesn't do this on the side, she is an agent, so emails are answered in minutes, and the phone is always on, even at home. She learned our tastes so quickly, making the whole process less overwhelming. She actually found the house we ended up with the morning it was listed, while we were in town, and got us in right away. This is her info:

Good luck!

I would go with a realtor that has a lot of online presence. Meaning they list on a lot of different house listing websites. The majority of people find their new home online, so being online is very important.
