Hello, we have 30-months-old baby, she has been always home, so now I begin to think about if I should bring her to get some social activities, we live in Easton,

When my kids were little I took them to storytimes at our local library:
Youth Services Ages Birth - 5 Storytimes are not usually limited to residents of the local library so you might want to check out a smaller library too: You pay for your library with your taxes, you might as well use the services they offer. :-) Storytimes also serve as a great social outlet for parents too. With toddlers, parents are usually required to stay.
Some parents go to structured playtime with their kids:
