We just put our house up for sale on Monday. Now the wait begins. We're hoping that it doesn't take months to sell like the other homes on our street up for sale. There are four others for sale on our street, but all four of them are short sales. Ours is a normal, regular sale, so we're hoping that is an advantage. We'll just have to wait and see. Also, we know that most people don't go home shopping during the holidays, so we're aware that it may take some time.

Good luck with the sale of your home. I know it's tough everywhere but there does seem to be some easing up so hopefully you won't have to be on the market for too long. Some houses here go quickly and others take longer to sell. The short sales make it tough for everyone because they drag the prices down. Anyway, best of luck to you and hope to see you in the Lehigh Valley real soon.
