Need Feedback on apartment listings (Lexington, Nicholasville: apartments, lease, low crime)

The apartments below are listed on the web. Can anyone post feedback on them? Are they safe, quiet, in low crime areas? Any feedback on the management or location? Are they near or fairly near to UK and the UK medical center?

Can anyone post feedback on any of these apartments? Are they safe, not party places or in high crime areas. Any feedback on management, condition of the building? Is it anywhere near the UK medical center and university?

I am not familiar with this area but the zip code is not near UK medical center. You want to be in 40502, 40503, 40507, 40508, or even parts of 40504 or 40517.

This isn't a bad area but it isn't near UK.

There are apartments on Red Mile Road and Nancy Hanks Drive (40504)that might work for you, and about a mile or less from UK. Also there are LOTS of apartments on Zandale Drive, Malabu Drive, and Lowry Lane (40503). All of the 40503 are on a bus line (I don't know whether that is important to you) and inexpensive.

There is a church called Southside Church of Christ, on Nicholasville Road (or South Limestone, whichever it's being called right in that stretch), and it has some nice, clean apartment buildings that it rents for nice and cheap. I have known them to work with disabled folks. These apartments are about as close to UK Hospital as anything anywhere. There are some a little closer but they start to be student, party dwellings the closer you get to UK.

There are also apartments on Waller Avenue and some on Larkin. The ones on Waller are pretty close to UK. The ones on Larkin are on a direct busline to the hospital, along with the other 40503 apartments I mentioned in the earlier message.

Thanks. Do you have any further information on Southside Christian Church and their apts.? I am not finding much online and would like to know more about them.

The last time I knew someone who lived there was 15 years ago, so I hope they are still as good now as they were then.

God you do not want to move to Matador North. I live their, cronic maintance problems, unprofessional to ghetto staff. Roach problems, bad area. I am desperately waiting for my lease to run out.

Let's try this a different way.....what do you want? want to spend? Eureka Springs would be your best choice out of the ones you named. You can take Alumni straight to UK.
