What times would you say Little Rock rush hour traffic starts and ends in the morning and afternoon?

7:15-8:15 is the worst time during the morning rush, especially if you have to cross the river to head into LR from the northern suburbs. The evening rush is worst from 4:15-5:15(also worse for those leaving downtown LR or WLR and headed north to Cabot, Conway, Maumelle, Sherwood, etc.). The bottlenecks that occur on the river bridges is what's most frustrating.

Those times posted by NPP also apply down I-430 between I-630 and I-30, the route I'm familiar with. And it's gonna get worse as they continue the work on the I-430/30 interchange.
