I live near to there..

Wimbledon and SW London in general is a very pleasant place. Definitely safe, nice area with small houses in general but plenty of parks and green space to go to.

Mostly full of middle class families who work in the city

Posh and pretentious don't need to go hand-in-hand you know. I know people that lived in Wimbledon for a while and they were neither.

I have been living at the wimbledon area for a while now. I think most people around are seniors, children, and young parents. and it is a quiet place. I stay here for two to three weeks now and barely hear any voice by people.
