Sands Point...is there power? (schools, town, lighthouse)

I have been trying to reach a friend in Sands Point. Last time I heard anything he was watching 20ft waves out his window....is the power out near Lighthouse Rd? I can't seem to find anything about it online. Thanks for any help.

I heard most of the town is without power. Schools are closed all week.
