I used the US Window Factory 10 years ago, I was very happy with them. The salesman had a cutaway of one of their windows to show the superior quality. They did the whole house all in one day.
I bought a house last year with builder grade Acorn windows... yuck.
I just had the 10 upstairs windows upgraded to Anderson replacement windows. For me, these windows were worth it but for the average person they might not be.
I put Pella custom windows in the back so far. They all turned out nice. I would have re-designed the 6' window that has two 12" crankcase windows on the side tho. It kinda looks like its a replacement window slapped together.
I like the big trims Pella uses on their vinyl windows.
Let me know how this goes. I am thinking abou replacing the windows in my kids rooms. We don't know what they previous owners did wrong but we have had to use plastic over the windows the past 3 winters.
