They are all the same. Pick any of the Firm offering 40% fee or less. I have used Fred Perry and for the first year of grievance he charges 40% of your tax saving. But I highly recommend you try to grieve your taxes yourself. It literally takes 5 minutes if you understand the process. Shoot me a PM if you need more info.
Look into it. I'm annoyed I waited a few years before I got around to trying it. My taxable value was close to 800, I did my comps and requested 640....the county settled with me at even lower than my request.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you use a service an pay X percent, I believe they get paid as soon as you settle, which is out of your pocket, as you don't recognize the savings for another year after the decision.
