The more I read and participate in C/D this question seems to come to mind. Has this turned into Twitter example dog barking all night cant sleep or somebody cut me off in traffic. Has the forum turned into keyboard bullying ? The higher posts and reps reresents ur authority here. Has this fourm come to being like HS when poeple just agree with the higher posters so the can just be in a group? It seems some just post to get their numbers up.This is not saying all senior members are like this because they are not and they provide great information also they put alot of effort into their answers. C/D is good for community information and events. What is your opion on this.
Moderators locking threads=Teachers&Security breaking up fights/arguments
Town rivalries/bashing= Making fun of other towns/sports rivalries
Users getting banned= Students getting suspended
IP ban= Expelled
Reputation points= Popularity (if nobody likes you, no points for you! go slit your wrists and die, lol)
Private User Groups= Cliques/exclusive parties
Changing forums= Transferring to a new school
Trolling= Bullying
Logging in= Taking attendance
Most Informative Poster Contests= Scholarships

This forum is a lot of things, but a bunch of "yes-men"? I think not. In fact I think the opposite - post at your own risk, and watch everyone tell you how dumb your question/lifestyle choice/answer/opinion is. I mean where else can you see 15 page threads about French Fries?!

Lol sooo true. I so surprised nobody started a thread about the meteorite striking the USSR. For the younger crowed Russia. What damage would have been caused in LI. Could our local goverments handel it. Then a thread would start no bread and milk on the stores shelves. Today I seen a lady walking out of the grocery store with a shopping cart full of bread and milk.
LI C/D goes in over drive and my electric in my house flickers when there is a forum regarding im going to say it teachers salaries.
Like anything else, if you want to help you can offer a constructive comment. If you aim is to rankle the masses you can do that too. Almost any subject can ignite a firestorm of activity that often times can be funny, sometimes get a little cutting and really get some knickers in a knot.
C/D is a lot like life, you will get out of it what you put in.
I understand what you're saying but have you ever read any of my opinions? Definitely not a yes man here. There may be some, but as a whole i'd say the majority have their own thoughts and opinions. There's definitely a reason why some of us have been hit with infractions. Sometimes we are too edgy and sometimes are opinions even conflict with the moderators; but we are all individuals, and sometimes with extreme views.
