FYI, it's not a "typing error" when it's made repeatedly; with the correct spelling *never* occurring. I believe you're responding to someone who's concerned about another's ability to successfully purchase and maintain a home, to a standard that benefits the neighbourhood, as one's income is often proportionate to their level of literacy.
