Find out what the allowable times are for running OPE in your neighborhood. Pick the most inconvenient time for your neighbor and leaf blow your yard everyday for as long as he can stand it. That should start an interesting conversation!
Aaand, we are now into the time of year where my old, retired, OCD neighbor with no life does a daily full leaf blow of his yard with his gas backpack. Sat, Sun, and now Mon. It will be daily now until February. Daily. 3 leaves in the driveway, and he'll be out there with the machine. No exaggeration. Laws state acceptable hours....what about some kind of restriction against every single day use for months on end?

Are you home all day? Maybe get out a little. I can't imagine he's blowing his lawn for 6 hours.
