I'm curious if they ever count. Or if they even *can* count if they wanted to. It might be tough to even estimate with so many different entrances and stores.
Approx how many people do you think will be there in total today? In past years?
Do they see more shoppers on Black Friday or on other big shopping days?
The last time I went to Roosevelt Field the day after Thanksgiving was 1974.
I got in okay......parked by the entrance to Alexanders.
I tried to leave at 230pm......I couldn't get out of the parking lot.....it was grid-locked......so....I saw an empty spot, pulled in........and went back into the mall and had my hair done for lack of anything else better to do.

I haven't been to Roosevelt field in about 10 years. I have no reason to go there. Haven't stepped foot in any mall or store on black Friday since 2000. I do all my shopping online. Most of it's gift cards which I can pick up at any CVS or Stop and shop. the rest are for 4 kids under the age of 7 and I order toys online and have them shipped to my home.
Seen Tanger outlets in Deer Park was a total disaster yesterday. 4 hours to get out of parking lot and a total gridlock! That's why I stay home.
