I'm a doc and I see a lot of active and retired cops in the office. They all carry, but they are not stupid enough to show their piece. I'm assuming the 77 y/o must have some dementia to forget about basic gun safety.

Sure pick on an old man with a plane in his driveway, meanwhile last time I checked Roosevelt & Uniondale are in the town of Hempstead, so why aren't they going after all the illegal rooming houses there with the same gusto? Surely 20 guys who may be felons who snuck in across the border are alot more dangerous than some old man with a plane tied down in his driveway?

Had he seen the doctor's bill, the bullet would likely have found a destination other than the foot.
If you can see your hand in front of your face, you have at least passed the vision part of any annual testing requirement.
