First time buyer having problem settling on neighborhood

Funny thing about school districts in our area. I see people all the time looking for a specific school district because they perceive it as "better" then the neighboring district. This is particularly true when it comes to SD 3 v SD 13.

As for the particular area that you are looking in, it's a very nice area. Pretty solid middle class. One drawback is that the yards tend to be a little small.
