Freedom is on its death bed turning blue.

A system like this has one purpose, controlling people. "Papers, please" was the symbol of living under tyranny in the past. Now the government just points a machine at your face.

Think about the next time people want to go to a protest , now they scan the whole crowd and have a list. The government has 100 ways of screwing people from the IRS to harassment from the local police. Or worse.

I am not a constitutional lawyer, I am just old and have seen alot of decades. The rise of mass incarceration and authoritarianism has not made America a better place. In fact for the first time the average life expectancy has gone down due to "deaths of despair" thanks to all of that.

Atmosphere - the pervading tone or mood of a place, situation... Machines scanning your face and running it through computers. It is dystopian. Why are we creating an America with the atmosphere and tactics of an authoritarian police state like China, what is the benefit to offset that ? How will it make any of our lives better ?
That is quite obvious for none of what you quote from the Constitution or any court decisions is violated by picture taking in public. There is also nothing to indicate the Constitution would be infringed by even focused tracking of individuals as part of a criminal investigation.

Freedom is not dying just the right to speak plainly and that is being taken away by society who thinks every statement must be politically correct and pleasant for all to hear. If you feel that our freedom is almost gone where are you moving to?

Those will be illegal. Just like the license plate cloaking products for beating camera lights.

Its not picture taking. It is a machine scanning your face without probable cause searching databases. They are in fact searching you. The framers of out constitution were geniuses but they could not have envisioned this.

But would be more interesting to me then the constitutional argument is to know why anyone would support this ?? To me its is like supporters of a mass surveillance face scanning tracking system suffer from some form of Masochistic Personality Disorder where they want and enjoy an all powerful omnipotent government ruling over them.
