Nice. How are the beaches? Doesn't seem like they have access to a proper ocean beach though.

What about boat slips? I imagine it has easy access to the Sound.

Thinking about Rocky Point, the Town of Brookhaven is the only township on Long Island with access to both the sound and the ocean.

Oyster Bay doesn't have ocean access. Gotta go through Hempstead or Islip to get to it.

Yes it does, TOBAY beach in Wantagh a few miles past Jones and about a mile before is on the ocean and the bay. Who cares the route you have to take to get there.
