Hello,

Anyone know what's up with the old Americana Motel in Farmingdale? It looks like a prison now loaded with illegal aliens with guard booths on each side. There is a person sitting on the outside with a laptop checking people in. Also, no name anymore...bizarre

If this is the one next to Walmart, it is full of wonderful illegals. The best from each country, I am assured.

The same thing that will be happening to all these crappy motels out here. The state will pay them to house all these illegals. Coming soon to a town near you!

As of right now the state says it’s not paying anyone to house illegals and wouldn’t in counties that don’t want them. As to the OP it’s sadly common for illegals with off the book jobs to live in cheap motels like this

I work next door to it in a brick building. I believe it housing homeless people and or Illegal immigrants. They have done some renovations to the place such a roof, parking lot painted the outside and put a PVC fence up. The fence was put up so no one sees what goes on behind closed doors. There is a security guard that sits a table checking people in. There was a sign saying Farmingdale Motor Inn but they took it down. Had a guy walk into my office a few weeks ago asking me if I could help him find a homeless shelter. I said check the motel next door. He was mad I could not help him. I sell insurance so I have no idea about homeless shelters. He slammed the door behind him. I keep my office door locked and only let the mailman in.

Was curious so I found out you are correct it's being used as a homeless shelter not a migrant camp.
