There are three houses for sale all very close together on these two streets. Is there a reason why? It doesn't appear to be a through street or super busy like Old Country Road--am I missing something? Is it just a coincidence?

Probably just a coincidence. I live in GC and can't think of anything wrong with those streets, or any reason to avoid them in the future. Willow St = close to Hempstead, but so are some other streets over there.

I did a extension on a house (Willow and Clinton north/east corner) and the area was really nice
