Default if you were this rich

would you want to live here.I would have to say no myself. The income tax bill would be huge at 10.5% and there are such beautiful places in the world you could live.California is pretty but if you had that kind of money I would prefer somewhere like palm beach or hawaii

If they were going to retire perhaps they would go to Hawaii or Palm Beach. Most of that least appears to be people who built businesses and are still working. Ca has the largest number of billionaires, so perhaps this is a good state to make big money or start a business that is creative. Maybe the benefits of doing business in a state where so many have done extremely well, outweighs the taxes. It also appears CA, FL, NYC and Texas have the most billionaires. NY, CA and TX both have pretty area specific industries. NY investments, CA tech industry/investment/real estate and Texas oil/energy.

A person's net worth is far, FAR greater then the amount of cash they have in the bank. If someone's net worth is ten billion, that does not mean that they actually have ten billion dollars. A majority of that money is tied up in assests, and for the most part is just a number in a computer somewhere.

But yeah, anyone of these dudes can still withdraw enough cash from the bank then most people would know what to do with.

I'd buy move to a small island, myself.
