During the divorce, I was awarded my the house, and was ordered to give her half of the equity. We have two minor children, and joint custody. She had no job, so I allowed my ex wife to continue to live in the home with me. And I move to another room in the house. She pays no rent. And in the divorce judgment, I can charge her 700 dollars a month as long as she stays in the house. She has a job now. And is't has been 2 years, so she owes me 16800. I can deduct that from the equity I owe her, which would only leave her a 3200. But I won't do that. I just won't her out of my house and I am willing to pay her the full amount of equity. How do I get her out of my house?

Same way you get anyone out of a house. Evict her. No layer needed. Give her 30 days notice (or whatever is required where you live) and if she doesn't go contact the Sherrif.

Stop having sex with her, and start dating, and bringing your dates home, you were probably sending her mixed messages, divorced, but living together, raising the kids together, ....and tapping that a$$ on occassion.I'm sensing that you wanted the divorce and felt guilty about it, and you ended up in this quasi relationship. You need to be clear that as the song goes, you are never ever ever getting back together, tell her that if she moves within the next 30 days you'll forgo the money, if you have to go through the headache of an eviction, you'll sue to get every dime, that should do the trick
