The Worst experience I have had with a car deanship!!!

I leased a new A4, my car salesman was probably terrible. I literally had to get a hold of him for anything to happen, he would take forever to respond, which for someone that works on commission is a terrible trait. Now lets fast forward 4 months!!!! They still haven't paid my trade in off which made me go into collections on a car I don't own!!!!! Why you ask because they sent to check to the wrong address even though it was listed on the payoff papers as where to send pay offs, they found a random address and sent it there. Santa Monica Audi couldn't care less they are taking their sweet time getting the pay off to the correct address. Mean while I am still in collection, It is running my credit, getting collection calls for payments on a car I don't own. Now they are avoiding the whole situation like they did nothing wrong. I am not one to ask for anything but this is ridiculous. They won't even pretend to act like they did something wrong. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! Worst place I have ever done business with. I would recommend any other Audi dealership in the LA area over them. DO NOT GO THERE!

I would call them 10 times a day. Email every manager in the dealership, and stop by, and threaten them a good manner that you'll take them to court if they don't fix the problem. I would call the creditor and try to work something out... If they don't fix the problem take them to small claims court and sew them for damages, or hire a lawyer to backtrack an repair the situation if you can afford it. Good luck!
