I read the hype of Hamilton last year as it was playing on Broadway and became the biggest selling play and won a slew of Tonys. Now that it's heading to LA starting on Aug 11 through the end of December, tickets go on sale this Sunday at 10am. I would like to buy a ticket to one show, hopefully on Sept 30, my birthday, and a Saturday.

Anyone planning on going?

No, but here's a tip for you. BUY the cast album and become familiar with the lyrics before you go. More enjoyable that way.

Her's another tip for anyone going. Check out the Frolic Room , a vintage dive bar, about a block from the Pantages. Budget Travel or someone is featuring it today.

They also own Lucasfilms who changed Rouge One at the last minute to include anti Trump agenda. But yes,the majority of Hollywood and mainstream media share the same views aside from a few independent thinkers like Clint Eastwood and Mel Gibson

Hit shows always come around again and tour endlessly. Wait and it will be cheaper in the future.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check it out!

I did manage to get a ticket, and I'll be going on my birthday, Sept 30th. But good Lord was it a hassle. Paid more than I wanted, but... I'll be 8 rows from the stage. No scalper - they bought the cheapest seats and automatically are reselling at stubhub 5x the price.
