My thought is that the market will continue to go up....until it goes down.

And aggravating for those who do not have enough to buy and hope for a crash so they do. Obviously not concerned about those who will lose equity if they need to sell. Obviously they are hoping many will need to sell so they can buy cheap.

Yeah I've seen some post that they hope for a huge disaster or tragedy so they can afford to buy a home in L.A
That is pretty sad .

Problem with that is, you have to avoid the tragedy as well, which is tough
