I choose the (2nd link) Penthouse in Urban Hollywood. It's closer to all the action. The mansion (1st link), is too isolated.

However 9m is way too much imo for what you get. I think most people rather buy a coastal property (like in Laguna and Malibu) with that money.

The first one by far. And thanks for posting this, because from satellite view the roads to the north, with which I was unfamiliar, look awesome for hooning and I can do a circuit coming back down Sepulveda. I'm going to try it when we get cooler air.

Neither one.

If the one in Bel Air could be divided into apartments I'd get that one, but that would probably take a hefty contribution to Garcetti's personal charity. Even then I'd be very reluctant to spend that kind of money on that, considering that one could get existing income property for less than that. (Probably not in Bel Air, which has few apartments, but I wouldn't buy in an area with rent control anyways.)
