I am not an American, I am here to travel. I lost my wallet yesterday. I have all my money and documents. I don’t know where to go now... I don’t have a place to eat.

First, you need to file a police report w/ the police - they can direct you where you can get help, shelter, food etc.

What made you come to this forum to look for an answer? I would go to the police or ask people at the place where you are staying. Where are you from?

You lost your wallet but still have all your money and documents? I'd recommend going out and purchasing a new wallet.
