Does anyone know about how much a spacious studio apartment (pool/hottub) in a Hollywood Hills neighborhood (Hillside/Fairfax) rents for?

Add hardwood floors, full kitchen (small) with marble counters, W/D, lots of light and cool architecture. No parking, but walking distance to cafe's and such.

I'll come in with a reasonable guess of $1,400 and up through high 2's, dig?

If you're willing to pay over $2000 per month, you'll find what you are looking for. This is LA, anything can be had for a price.
