My landlord friend whines that she doesn't have $$, but has the gardeners here once a week for a small patch of grass that doesn't even grow. Back home, theres lot of st augustine grass which does grow and is too heavily dependent on water. the grass here looks like astro turf and hardly grows at all. I assume that they're illegal. Is it affordable to have a gardener here?

But to be serious..I'm not sure but I hear a lot of people say $50 a month , i'm not sure if that's every week though.

I got a couple quotes for $50 every two weeks.

She is the landlord of the place you live in?
