hi,
i originally had an ofer to move down south awhile back. Fell thorugh and now i'm back to square one.
How good is job prospects in LA right now?
How easy is a Canadian visa to get in USA?
Just would like some help, don't really know too much about all of this.
Is the economy good? Don't want to do the border jump thing, would like to be honest and legal.
I have been to LA many many times to visit, love the area.
just sick of the frickin winters/snow you know..

Spend some time reading the forum (or the LA Times) and you'll get a good sense for the answer: the economy is TERRIBLE. It hasn't been "good" for a few years now, and it's worse in LA than in many parts of the United States. It's tough enough for an American citizen to get a job; if you don't current visa you'll have an even harder time. Not that it will hurt to try to get a job/visa lined up, but don't expect it to be quick or easy.
