i am driving through loisiana, i am going to be on I-10. I want to find a place that does some charter fishing. 4-5hr trips. i cant afford the boat where it is me and them. i want to go on a charter that takes big groups out to fish. maybe about 50-70 per head.
Need something near i-10.

Well you could google the cities you'll pass thru but in most areas you will need to head south from I10.Perhpas grand isle area. It will mean larger tourist areas that have more large charter boats for general public.

Yes, big group charters are going to be out of points further south like Venice, Grand Isle, Fourchon.

I wouldn't rule out the smaller boats though. You might be able to hop on board with another small group. Theres a few places out of Lafite which is not too far from I-10.

There are numerous places to fish around Lake Ponchatrain, but I think your best bet is the Slidell fishing pier on the "old" I-10 bridge spans. See: http://www.stpgov.org/gofishing.php

Not sure why you would want to catch a fish but not keep it.
