Hi, I am planning to have a home built by Ball Homes in Primrose Meadows during the early part of next year. I know there are some real estate investors and agents on here so I am looking for info from anyone who has dealt with Ball Homes. Any info on their Mortage Company (Walden Mortage Group), how flexible they are with including upgrades in the purchase price as an incentive, quality & durability of the homes etc.
Thanks in advance.

Be careful with Ball homes. They cut corners....I would look elsewhere. Plenty of great builders in metro Louisville. I like Stonecroft.

Stay away from Monsour builders too. Even worse than Ball.
