Police called to Maine's topless doughnut shop - Boston.com (http://www.boston.com/news/local/maine/articles/2009/05/24/police_called_to_maines_topless_doughnut_shop/?rss_id=Boston.com+--+Maine+news - broken link)

So someone made a complaint that a waitress from the Grand View Coffee and donut shop was outside the business without a shirt on.

Police did not charge anyone, and turned the matter over to the district attorney for review. It's unclear whether nudity in Vassalboro is prohibited.

The town had considered banning nudity altogether after the shop opened in February, a revised ordinance comes up for a vote June 8.

Now if I took off my t-shirt would I be charged with a crime? Or is this sexist?

dont be offering the nanny state any ideas,,,

or perhaps, the democrats will come up with a nudity tax,
this would do well for the beaches of maine?!!

so, the vassalboro employee went outside for some fresh air, and someone complained,,,,im betting she was outside having a smoke, on break, and some smoking nazi called it in... she should have known better, should have used the back door,

Where was it in Maine where there was a woman who created quite a controversy by mowing her lawn topless a few years back! She was stopping traffic.
