I live in Everett near the Malden line in the neighborhood between Hancock and Ferry Streets. There are two young Indian families on my street, and three other Indian families bought houses on the next street over in the past year. There has long been a significant Indian community in Malden, which is just two blocks from here, and it may be spreading into this section of Everett, which is a bit cheaper than Malden but still easily accessible via car or bus. It might be a good place to start out while you adjust to life here, and the commute to Chelsea would be very easy.

Malden & Waltham both seem to have pretty well defined Indian populations.
